There are at least 3 waves and during each wave, groups of enemies will spawn along the outer edge of the event and rush toward the Ghostly Sacrifice in the middle.

There are 3 spots where relic hunters gather, 2 north of the PoI and 1 east of the PoI. When an event marker pops up on one of them, talk to the NPC to begin the event. Lure a jade construct to the shield protecting the relic hunters so they die to the shield.
Squeaking to Safety (1AP 1MP)
Go on an expedition with Mr. Quiggles.
This event spawns north of Forager's Hunt Waypoint [&BLcOAAA=]. Talk to Guiding Star and this event will begin.
[Event] Help the kodan prepare for their expedition by distributing supplies
During this event, make sure you pick up Mr Quiggles on the table and give him to Guiding Star.
After completing this event, the expedition begins.
Stronger as a Pack (1AP 1MP)
Successfully complete an expedition without a single kodan being downed.
[Event] Follow Guiding Star and their team on the expedition
Complete this event successfully to get Squeaking to Safety achievement. If no kodan was downed, you will also get Stronger as a Pack achievement.

Go to Apprentice Waypoint [&BLcEAAA=] in Rata Sum. Head east and talk to Apprentice Relyor. Answer the questions correctly (Quaggan, Divinity's Reach, Kralkatorrik) to acquire a Mechanical Frame.

Find a small pair of wings. Check the hinterlands, where flying things are born.
Go to Arca Waypoint [&BLIAAAA=] in Harathi Hinterlands. Head east to the harp[ies area and interact with the Toy Wings.

Find a squeaker. A new merchant in one of Tyria's largest cities might have one of these for sale.
From Dwayna Waypoint [&BCMDAAA=] in Divinity's Reach, head north until you find the Curious Merchant. Purchase a Squeaker for 20 Ursus Oblige.

Choose a rock for a heart. These can be found where the hills echo and the current carries the salty tang of seawater.
